Join the Contract Action Team!

The Contract Action Team (C.A.T.) is the group of Academic Student Workers who can act to make sure that their coworkers in their departments, labs, or tutoring centers are informed and engaged in order to build the supermajority participation that will be needed to win strong contract.
As a member of the CAT, you will:

Publicly participate: Attend zoom bargaining sessions, attend occasional town halls on Zoom, wear union gear, and be a visible union supporter in your workplace, department, lab, cohort, or floor.

Stay informed: Stay informed and inform others of information about the contract campaign through staying up to date on bargaining updates via email and our website and relaying news to your coworkers.

Mobilize coworkers: participate in ratification votes, petitions, and actions in support of a contract campaign and share them with your coworkers.

Expand the CAT: build the power of the CAT by identifying and inviting fellow member-activists in your department and workplace to join the CAT.
